Hi Guys,

Can you help on this. i already raised a call to OSI support. But here i need some idea, may be you guys have been encaounter the same problem previously.

The secondary server keep showing the Processing update error. The error is "error processing sync record...". The error no is -15024.

Do you guys have any idea about this one?

Hello,

What is the full error message, it should mention the Table, Operator, etc.
If it is AuthInfo Table then it may depend on your version of PI, have a look at the following TechSupport Known Issue:
