Hi All,

Am New to PI System, so I would appreciated you kind help.

Am using PI System management Tools, am facing a difficulty in two tags. Value is not changing, i have double checked if the Instrument tag is correct and pointing to the right OPC tag and also checked at the OPC end it all correct.
I tried to restart the interface but value still not changing. I set it to Scan off and then scan on, the value only changed to scan off and stayed there "Scan Off".
I checked at the SWTool Box where the PI retrieve the data and the value is changing, but at PI end Value is not changing.

Please any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

We were able to find out the problem. It seems like the definition of the DATA TYPE on the OPC side was given as DOUBLE, where in PI it was FLOAT32.
