Hi everyone
In a recent project I came across a proposal for eDNA from InStep software

http://www.instepsoftware.com/edna_overview.asp

Has anyone used this software and if so, I'd be interested in hearing how it compares to PI.

Hey Doug,

Not used it and to be honest not heard of it but looking through their website it almost looks like a carbon copy of PI, but with some different names for the products ;-)
It would be interesting to set up a demonstration system to see how it works and do a comparison with PI. If I get some time I will contact eDNA to see what can be done...if anyone else has used it or has time to do a comparison, please let the forum know. I am very interested to learn more...
