I've developed a display graphics in excel and added tages from the PI Server. My question is, how these tags refresh automitically?

Should refresh everytime Excel calculates.
Check in Menu > Tools > Options > Calculation to see if you have calculation mode set to auto.
To get excel to actually calculate you may need to change a cell or something. Try an excel forum to find out how to recalculate automatically.
Alternatively, you should display your information in ProcessBook and it will update automatically for you, and more seamlessly.

Update you datalink to the latest one. it has the option to update automatic.
