Embedding Processbook in Excel

Does anyone have any experience with embedding a processbook page in an excel document using OLEObjects?

I can get it to embed by using paste special but then the processbook page stops updating when it loses focus. Does anyone know some vba hax to force it to reload, or a setting that can be toggled to allow this?
