I want to top my value by a certain range

MinVal =0
MaxVal = 50

if PV < max val then PV else MaxVal

or

if PV > min val then PV else MaxVal

there's a configuration in the PIPoint, to use zero and span to limit value?

Limiting a value in a PI Point will depend on the interface that is supplying the values to the PI Point.
An alternative may be to use a Performance Equation tag that is event based on the tag you want to limit values for. It would mean having 2 tags for 1 instrument reading.
