Run VBA in RTActiveView Options · View

I have a pdi that creates a user DSN in the Display_Open event. It works fine in PB, but the code doesn't run in the RTActiveView, so no DSN is created. When I open the VB editor, it doesn't show any code for the display. How do I get VBA to run in WebParts?
