I'm building a plant overview graphic and rather than use tag names (which mean nothing to operators) I am using aliases (a bit easier to understand for the operators). I can create a trend with the aliases from one module ok. When I create another trend with aliases from another module, then the aliases from the first trend no longer work (trend shows "no data" for the value).
It seems that I can't have aliases from different modules in the same display! This seems a bit daft to me.
Anyone else some across this problem???
The module are all in the module database, and are linked to actual PI tags. If I select a module, then the trend linked to aliases from that module shows values. If I select the second module then the first trend shows "no data" but the second trend starts showing values for the selected module! Bizarre!!!!
